- Possibilités d'avancement, de perfectionnement personnel et de stabilité Les représentants des ventes internes travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour combler leurs besoins, créer des solutions et assurer un processus de vente sans heurts. Les représentant(e)s de ventes internes travaillent également à la recherche de nouveaux prospects, par le biais de répertoires professionnels, de références de clients, etc. Ils/elles sont sympathiques, parlent bien et sont prêts à conclure la transaction.

RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Rédiger rapidement toutes les commandes reçues
- S'assurer de l'exactitude des informations du client, de la description du produit, des instructions de déchargement, de l'emballage, des tolérances de traitement, des destinations d'expédition, du poids, des prix, etc...
- Suivi de toutes les commandes, livraison pour assurer un service de classe mondiale
- Discussion avec le service de planification (délais de livraison, capacités des équipements)
- Recevoir et répondre aux demandes de devis
- Communiquer avec les clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations ou à leurs questions
- Rechercher activements de nouvelles affaires parmi les clients actuels et potentiels via des appels téléphoniques et des courriers électroniques proactifs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diplôme d'Études Collégiales ou Universitaires dans un domaine lié aux affaires est préférable
- Bilinguisme essentiel (Français et Anglais) - 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie
- Connaissance de base de la gamme de produits d'acier Inoxydable et Aluminium
- Dois posséder de solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication avec la capacité de construire des relations d'affaire
- Forte capacité et désir d'apprendre en continu
- Maitrise de la suite MS Office
- Permis de conduire valide

Qualifications:

- College or bachelor's degree in a Business-related field is preferred
- Bilingual (French & English)
- 2 to 3 years of relatable industry experience
- Basic knowledge of line of products
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong ability and desire to learn continuously
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license
- Customer visits, as necessary.
