Le représentant des services financiers travaillera au sein d'une équipe pour offrir un service de qualité aux participants du régime de retraite à cotisations déterminées.
Responsibilities
  • Establish relationship with terminated group plan members and review their investments and provide guidance related to their financial needs
  • Review investments and help with asset consolidation
  • Contribute to sales target and asset retention
  • Receives and responds to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients
  • Takes direction from, and supports, senior team members
  • Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends
  • Assists with special projects, as required


Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required
  • Valid and active Insurance of person license in Quebec (1a) an asset
  • 0 to 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension plans, Defined Benefit and tax legislation
  • Exceptional client service with strong professional acumen
  • Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills
  • Advance proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook); expert proficiency in Excel
  • CEBS or PPAC an asset
